I was all set to come to WA to talk about my novel when the pandemic hit. So I am so so grateful I’m here now.
Being in Geraldton for the Geraldton Regional Library’s Big Sky Writers festival is bringing back memories of Drift and her father Split Wood in my novel White Horses.
WA is putting on quite the show - bootscooting thanks to the Geraldton Bootscooters, trivia with my trusty teammates and creative colleagues Laurie Steed and Dean Alston, and a visit to Northampton to meet the lovely local artists and farmers, and see just how many AFL legends that region's produced!
Home soon to hit the ground running.
